ABOUT Associate Professor Jingjun YU

Jingjun YU received the B. Eng. degree and M. Eng. degree in mechanical engineering from Yanshan University, China in 1995, and 1998 respectively. He completed a Ph.D. in mechanism design and theory at Beihang University in 2002. From 2002 to 2004, he worked at the Robotics Institute of Beihang University as a postdoctoral research fellow. In 2004 Dr. Yu became a lecturer at Beihang University. Form October 2005 to March 2006, he was a visiting scholar of Aeronautics Engineering of Kyushu University. Form Feburary 2009 to Feburary 2010, he was a visiting scientist of Laborary of Manufacturing and Productivity(LMP) at MIT.He is currently an associate professor at Beihang University. He has published over 90 papers in refereed journals and refereed conference proceedings. His research interests include micro-precision technology,compliant mechanism, computational kinematics, and parallel mechanism, et al.
