This paper focuses on modeling of Urban Traffic System using Model Driven Engineering (MDE) and Activity Theory (AT) concept. It highlights the relationship between MDE and A.T. generating a notational framework. This framework is added with the cartesian Fuzzy set to measure and quantity.
